Are all Dailot pieces handcrafted?
Yes. Every Dailot piece is handcrafted with care, patience and attention to detail. Because our jewelry is made by hand, slight variations may occur, making every creation uniquely yours.
What materials do you use?
Depending on the design, Dailot pieces may feature Japanese Miyuki beads, natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, handcrafted wirework and carefully selected metals. Materials used for each piece are listed in its product description.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the product photo?
Handcrafted jewelry and natural materials may present subtle variations in color, shape, pattern or texture. These natural differences are part of the character and individuality of every Dailot piece.
How long will it take to prepare my order?
Ready-to-ship pieces are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Made-to-order, personalized, pre-order or currently out-of-stock pieces require approximately 15 business days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary slightly during collection launches, holidays or periods of high demand.
Where does Dailot ship?
Dailot primarily ships within the United States. Available shipping options and delivery costs are displayed at checkout based on the destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the type and condition of the item purchased. Personalized, custom-made and certain made-to-order pieces may not be eligible. Please review our Shipping & Returns policy for complete requirements and instructions before requesting a return.
Do you accept custom jewelry requests?
Custom projects may be accepted depending on design, materials and availability. Please contact us with your idea and any relevant details. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the project can be accepted.
How should I care for my Dailot jewelry?
Store each piece separately in a dry place and avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, cleaning products and excessive moisture. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
Miyuki jewelry must not get wet. Water and chemicals can affect the beads, thread, finishes and metal components. Please visit our Jewelry Care page for complete instructions.
How do Dailot Digital Gift Cards work?
Dailot Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email and include a unique code that can be entered at checkout. They can be used toward available products in our online boutique. No physical card is shipped.
Can I use more than one payment method?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. A Dailot Digital Gift Card can be applied to an order, and any remaining balance may be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
